Ingredients

  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 cups broccoli
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 4 bread loaves

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Slice the top off each bread loaf and hollow out the inside to create a bowl.
  3. Step 3: Place the bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crispy.
  4. Step 4: In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
