Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 slices baguette
- 2 ounces mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 0.25 cup basil leaves
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick rounds and place on a baking sheet.
