Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Step 2: Break cauliflower into florets and rinse with cold water
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
  4. Step 4: Pour buttermilk into a separate large bowl
