Description
Crispy fried cauliflower florets tossed in spicy buffalo sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 head cauliflower
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Step 2: Break cauliflower into florets and rinse with cold water
- Step 3: In a large bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper
- Step 4: Pour buttermilk into a separate large bowl
- Step 5: Dip each cauliflower floret into buttermilk, then roll in flour mixture to coat
- Step 6: Dip coated cauliflower into panko breadcrumbs to coat
- Step 7: Place coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Step 8: Drizzle olive oil over cauliflower
- Step 9: Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown
- Step 10: In a large bowl, toss baked cauliflower with buffalo wing sauce until coated
