Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup blue cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Rinse cauliflower and remove leaves and stem. Cut into florets.
  3. Step 3: In a large bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Step 4: Pour buttermilk into a separate large bowl.
  5. Step 5: Dip each cauliflower floret into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  6. Step 6: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry cauliflower in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
