Ingredients
- 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 head cauliflower
- 0.5 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 0.5 cup blue cheese
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Rinse cauliflower and remove leaves and stem. Cut into florets.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 4: Pour buttermilk into a separate large bowl.
- Step 5: Dip each cauliflower floret into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
- Step 6: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry cauliflower in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Step 7: Transfer fried cauliflower to a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until tender.
- Step 8: While cauliflower is baking, mix together buffalo sauce and melted butter in a large bowl.
- Step 9: Remove cauliflower from oven and toss in buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Step 10: In a separate bowl, mix together blue cheese crumbles, sour cream, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
- Step 11: Serve buffalo cauliflower wings with blue cheese dip.
