Ingredients
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp thyme
- 2 cups milk
- 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
- 0.5 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 8 oz macaroni
- 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1 onion
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then set aside.
- Step 3: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until browned, about 5-6 minutes.
- Step 4: Add buffalo wing sauce to the skillet and stir to coat chicken. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Step 5: In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add flour and whisk to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until lightly golden.
