Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup flour

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish.
  3. Step 3: Dip each chicken strip into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  4. Step 4: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Step 5: Fry chicken strips in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes.
