Spicy chicken wrap with buffalo sauce, lettuce, and blue cheese
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup green onions
- 0.5 cup blue cheese
- 0.5 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 0.25 cup red bell pepper
- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1 large flour tortilla
- 2 cups lettuce
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, toss chicken with buffalo wing sauce until coated.
- Step 3: Wrap tortilla in a damp paper towel and microwave for 20-30 seconds.
- Step 4: Assemble wrap by placing chicken, lettuce, blue cheese, green onions, and red bell pepper in the center of the tortilla.
- Step 5: Fold bottom half of tortilla up, then fold in sides and roll into a tight cylinder.
