Description

Spicy fried chicken wings tossed in buffalo sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 0.5 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oil in a deep frying pan to 375°F.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Step 3: Pour buttermilk into a separate large bowl.
  4. Step 4: Dredge the chicken wings in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
  5. Step 5: Dip the floured wings in the buttermilk, making sure they are fully coated.
