  • 1 cup white rice
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pound ground beef

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Cook the rice according to package instructions using 2 cups of water.
  2. Step 2: In a medium bowl, mix together chopped cilantro, lime juice, and olive oil.
