Description
Spicy Cajun-seasoned shrimp grilled to perfection and slathered in a tangy BBQ sauce
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 pound shrimp
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 0.25 cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Step 2: In a large bowl, mix together Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper
- Step 3: Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat with the spice mixture
