Ingredients
- 2 slices tomato
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 oz turkey breast
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 1 avocado
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a pan over medium heat and cook the bacon until crispy
- Step 2: Lay the tortilla flat and spread the mayonnaise evenly
- Step 3: Arrange the sliced turkey breast on one half of the tortilla
- Step 4: Add the crispy bacon, sliced avocado, lettuce, tomato, and Swiss cheese on top of the turkey
- Step 5: Fold the tortilla in half to enclose the filling
- Step 6: Cook in the pan for 2-3 minutes or until the tortilla is lightly toasted
