Ingredients

  • 0.5 avocado
  • 1 cup Japanese short-grain rice
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 0.5 cup water
  • 1 sheet nori (dried seaweed)
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare sushi rice according to the recipe and let it cool
  2. Step 2: Cut the avocado and cucumber into thin slices
  3. Step 3: Lay a sheet of nori flat on a sushi mat
  4. Step 4: Spread a thin layer of sushi rice onto the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top
  5. Step 5: Place the avocado and cucumber slices in the middle of the rice
  6. Step 6: Add the crab meat on top of the avocado and cucumber
  7. Step 7: Roll the sushi using the mat, applying gentle pressure
