Description
A classic West Coast burger featuring avocado, bacon, and cheddar cheese
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 4 beef patties
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 large lettuce leaves
- 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 brioche buns
- 2 slices tomato
- 0.25 cup red onion
- black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side. Set aside.
- Step 3: Grill the beef patties to desired doneness, about 4-5 minutes per side. Transfer to a plate and let rest.
- Step 4: Toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Step 5: Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise on the bottom bun, followed by a lettuce leaf, a tomato slice, a few slices of red onion, a cooked beef patty, a slice of cheese, a few slices of bacon, and finally a slice of avocado. Top with the top bun.
- Step 6: Drizzle with Dijon mustard and season with salt and pepper to taste.
