Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Japanese short-grain rice
  • 0.25 cup tobiko
  • 0.5 cucumber
  • 0.5 avocado
  • 0.5 cup crab meat
  • 0.25 cup daikon
  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 sheet nori
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Prepare the sushi rice according to the package instructions
  2. Step 2: Mix the rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
  3. Step 3: Combine the cooked rice and vinegar mixture in a large bowl and stir until the rice is well coated
