Description
A fresh twist on the classic club sandwich, featuring turkey, avocado, and bacon on toasted sourdough bread
Ingredients
- 2 avocados
- 6 slices bacon
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup mixed greens
- 4 oz. turkey breast
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a griddle or grill to medium-high heat
- Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side
- Step 3: Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each bread slice
- Step 4: Add a layer of sliced turkey breast on each bread slice
- Step 5: Add a layer of sliced avocado on top of the turkey
- Step 6: Add a few slices of bacon on top of the avocado
- Step 7: Add a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on top of the bacon
- Step 8: Top with another slice of bread
- Step 9: Cut the sandwiches in half and serve immediately
