A fresh twist on the classic club sandwich, featuring turkey, avocado, and bacon on toasted sourdough bread

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 4 slices sourdough bread
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 4 oz. turkey breast

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a griddle or grill to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: Cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 4-5 minutes per side
  3. Step 3: Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each bread slice
  4. Step 4: Add a layer of sliced turkey breast on each bread slice
  5. Step 5: Add a layer of sliced avocado on top of the turkey
  6. Step 6: Add a few slices of bacon on top of the avocado
  7. Step 7: Add a lettuce leaf and a tomato slice on top of the bacon
