Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 slices Ciabatta bread
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 8 oz Mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: Slice the Ciabatta bread into 1-inch thick slices
  3. Step 3: Layer the sliced mozzarella, tomato, and basil leaves on two slices of bread
