Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 0.25 cup basil leaves
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 3 tomatoes
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 3: Place the tomato slices on the prepared baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 4: Roast the tomatoes in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until tender and lightly caramelized.
