Description

A classic Italian-inspired sandwich featuring fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil on a crusty bread roll

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Fresh Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Ciabatta bread rolls
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Basil
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: Slice the Ciabatta bread rolls in half and toast until lightly browned
