Description

Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- 0.25 cup basil
- Salt and pepper
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 flour tortilla
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat
