Description
A flavorful and aromatic salmon dish grilled to perfection on a cedar plank
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup olive oil
- 4 planks cedar
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 0.5 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 cup mixed citrus juice
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp dill
- 4 oz salmon fillets
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat
- Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together citrus juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Step 3: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and brush the citrus glaze on both sides of the fish
- Step 4: Place a salmon fillet on each cedar plank
- Step 5: Grill for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
- Step 6: Serve immediately
