Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 4 planks cedar
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 cup mixed citrus juice
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp dill
  • 4 oz salmon fillets

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat
  2. Step 2: In a small bowl, whisk together citrus juice, olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Step 3: Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and brush the citrus glaze on both sides of the fish
  4. Step 4: Place a salmon fillet on each cedar plank
  5. Step 5: Grill for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork
