Description

A crispy, cheesy, bacon-filled twist on classic tater tots

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large potatoes

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Grate the potatoes using a box grater and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
  4. Step 4: In a separate bowl, mix the cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Step 5: Add the milk, egg, and cheese-bacon mixture to the potato mixture. Stir until well combined.
