Ingredients
- 0.5 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Step 2: Steam broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Step 3: In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Step 4: Add flour, whisking to combine. Cook 1 minute.
