Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 12 oz medium egg noodles
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans tuna
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup peas and carrots
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Step 2: Cook noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Step 4: Add the frozen peas and carrots, thyme, salt, and pepper to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
  5. Step 5: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked noodles, tuna, and vegetable mixture.
  6. Step 6: In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  7. Step 7: Add the milk to the saucepan and stir until warm and smooth.
  8. Step 8: Gradually add the cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese to the saucepan, stirring until melted and well combined.
