Description
Classic Chicago-style hot dogs featuring all-beef franks, served on a poppy seed bun with mustard, relish, onions, tomatoes, sport peppers, and pickle spears.
Ingredients
- 4 poppy seed buns
- 2 large tomatoes
- 0.25 cup yellow mustard
- 4 hot dogs
- 4 spears dill pickle
- 0.25 cup pickle relish
- 1 large onion
- 4 sport peppers
Instructions
- Step 1: Grill or cook hot dogs according to package instructions.
- Step 2: Toast buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Step 3: Assemble hot dogs by spreading a layer of yellow mustard on each bun.
- Step 4: Add a few slices of relish on top of the mustard.
