Description

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup vinegar
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 0.5 pounds chicken thighs
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a large pot or Dutch oven, combine chicken, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and bay leaf
  2. Step 2: Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer for 30 minutes
  3. Step 3: Remove the chicken from the pot and let it cool for a few minutes
  4. Step 4: Strain the sauce and discard the bay leaf
  5. Step 5: Serve the chicken with the sauce spooned over the top
