Instructions

  1. Step 1: Pound the chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness
  2. Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Step 3: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish
  4. Step 4: Dip the chicken breast into the buttermilk, coating completely, then roll in the flour mixture to coat
  5. Step 5: Dip the floured chicken into the beaten eggs, making sure to coat completely
  6. Step 6: Roll the egg-coated chicken into the panko breadcrumbs to coat
  7. Step 7: Heat about 1/2-inch of vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat
