Ingredients

  • 4 slices whole wheat bread
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup red onion
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lettuce
  • 1 pound chicken breast
  • 0.5 cup celery
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill the chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through. Let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into thin strips.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine the sliced chicken, diced celery, thinly sliced red onion, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully incorporated.
