Description
A flavorful and juicy Middle Eastern-inspired wrap filled with marinated chicken, crunchy veggies, and creamy tahini sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 0.25 cup mint
- 0.25 cup pickled turnips
- 1 red onion
- 0.5 pounds chicken breasts
- 0.5 cup tahini sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 0.25 cup parsley
- 2 large tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Add the chicken to the marinade and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Step 3: Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and cook for 5-6 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
