Description

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 0.25 cup chipotle peppers
- 0.25 cup cilantro
- 2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 0.5 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1.5 cups flour
- 0.5 cups water
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, combine warm water and yeast. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until frothy.
- Step 3: Add olive oil, salt, and 2 cups of flour to the bowl. Mix until a shaggy dough forms.
- Step 4: Gradually add the remaining 1 1/2 cups of flour, kneading the dough for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

- Step 9: In a separate bowl, whisk together chipotle peppers, lime juice, and garlic powder.
- Step 10: Brush the chipotle mixture evenly onto the flatbreads, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edges.
- Step 11: Top each flatbread with shredded mozzarella cheese, diced chicken breasts, and chopped cilantro.
