Ingredients

  • 0.5 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Step 2: In a large bowl, combine sugar, melted butter, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth.
