Description

Ingredients
- 0.5 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 cups water
- Vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoons yeast
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 cup sugar
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, combine yeast and warm water. Let it sit for 5-7 minutes until frothy.
- Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, salt, and granulated sugar.
- Step 3: Add milk, eggs, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Step 4: Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Step 5: Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
