Description

Ingredients
- 1 large egg
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 0.5 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.25 cup cinnamon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Step 1: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, milk, egg, and melted butter
- Step 3: Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until just combined
- Step 4: Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat
- Step 5: Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto skillet or griddle
