Description

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 3 tablespoons cinnamon sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 0.25 cups sugar
- 0.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, cream of tartar, and salt.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Step 5: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a dough forms.
- Step 6: In a small bowl, mix together cinnamon sugar.
- Step 7: Roll dough into balls, about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Then, roll each ball in cinnamon sugar to coat.
- Step 8: Place balls onto prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Step 9: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Step 10: Remove from oven and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
