Description
Thick slices of brioche dipped in a cinnamon-infused egg batter, grilled to perfection and topped with a drizzle of pure Canadian maple syrup
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 0.25 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp nutmeg
- 1 cup milk
- Maple syrup
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 slices brioche bread
Instructions
