Description

Ingredients
- 0.75 cup Brown Sugar
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.75 cup White Granulated Sugar
- 0.5 cups All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Step 2: Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Step 3: In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Step 4: Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Step 5: Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Step 6: Stir in chocolate chips.
- Step 7: Use a cookie scoop or spoon to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
- Step 8: Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden brown.
- Step 9: Remove from oven and let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
