Ingredients

- 0.25 cup honey
- 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 0.25 cup coconut
- 1 cup chia seeds
- 2 cups coconut milk
Instructions
- Step 1: In a small bowl, mix together chia seeds, coconut milk, honey, salt, and vanilla extract. Whisk well to combine.
- Step 2: Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Step 3: After the chia seed mixture has chilled, give it a good stir to redistribute the chia seeds.
