Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 1 pound corned beef
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 large onion

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Dice the corned beef into small pieces and set aside
  2. Step 2: Peel and dice the potatoes into small pieces, then boil in salted water until slightly tender, about 5 minutes
  3. Step 3: Drain the potatoes and set aside to cool
  4. Step 4: In a large pan, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat
