  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 cup remoulade sauce

Instructions

  1. Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together cornmeal, flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Step 2: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish.
  3. Step 3: Dip each catfish fillet into buttermilk, then coat in cornmeal mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
