Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 0.25 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and pepper
- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 0.5 teaspoon paprika
- 0.5 cup crab meat
- 0.25 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Step 2: Clean and prepare the mushrooms by removing the stems and scraping out the gills.
- Step 3: In a medium bowl, gently combine the crab meat, cheddar cheese, panko breadcrumbs, garlic, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
