Description

A sweet and savory sandwich featuring sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, and melted brie cheese on a toasted baguette.

Ingredients

  • 4 slices baguette
  • 2 slices tomato
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 0.25 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 8 oz turkey breast
  • 0.25 cup brie cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Step 2: Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each baguette slice.
  3. Step 3: Top each baguette slice with 2 oz of sliced turkey breast.
  4. Step 4: Spread 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce on top of the turkey.
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped rosemary on top of the cranberry sauce.
  6. Step 6: Top with 1/8 cup of crumbled brie cheese.
  7. Step 7: Add 1 lettuce leaf and 1 tomato slice on top of the cheese.
  8. Step 8: Top with the remaining baguette slice.
  9. Step 9: Grill or press the sandwich for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
