Description
A sweet and savory sandwich featuring sliced turkey, cranberry sauce, and melted brie cheese on a toasted baguette.
Ingredients
- 4 slices baguette
- 2 slices tomato
- 2 leaves lettuce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 0.25 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 8 oz turkey breast
- 0.25 cup brie cheese
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat a panini press or grill to medium-high heat.
- Step 2: Spread 1 tbsp of mayonnaise on each baguette slice.
- Step 3: Top each baguette slice with 2 oz of sliced turkey breast.
- Step 4: Spread 1 tbsp of cranberry sauce on top of the turkey.
- Step 5: Sprinkle 1 tsp of chopped rosemary on top of the cranberry sauce.
- Step 6: Top with 1/8 cup of crumbled brie cheese.
- Step 7: Add 1 lettuce leaf and 1 tomato slice on top of the cheese.
- Step 8: Top with the remaining baguette slice.
- Step 9: Grill or press the sandwich for 3-4 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the bread is toasted.
