Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 0.5 cup cheddar cheese
  • 12 large jalapeño peppers
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: Cut off the tops of the jalapeño peppers and scoop out the seeds and membranes.
  3. Step 3: In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, cilantro, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
