Ingredients
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 0.5 pounds chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 can enchilada sauce
- 0.5 cup onion
- 2 cups Monterey Jack cheese
- 0.5 cup cilantro
- 8 tortillas corn
- 0.5 cup flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F
- Step 2: In a large skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened
- Step 3: Add chicken and cook until browned, breaking into small pieces
