Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 2 cups lettuce
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup blue cheese
  • 0.25 cup green onions
  • 1 lb chicken breasts

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
  2. Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
  3. Step 3: Pour the buttermilk into a separate shallow dish
  4. Step 4: Dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture, shaking off excess
  5. Step 5: Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
