Description
A spicy and crispy wrap filled with buffalo chicken, lettuce, and blue cheese dressing
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup flour
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 cups lettuce
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
- 4 large tortillas
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup blue cheese
- 0.25 cup green onions
- 1 lb chicken breasts
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Step 2: In a shallow dish, mix together the flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper
- Step 3: Pour the buttermilk into a separate shallow dish
- Step 4: Dip each piece of chicken into the buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture, shaking off excess
- Step 5: Place the coated chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through
- Step 6: While the chicken is baking, heat the buffalo sauce in a saucepan over medium heat
- Step 7: Once the chicken is done, toss it in the buffalo sauce until fully coated
- Step 8: Warm the tortillas by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwaving for 20-30 seconds
- Step 9: Assemble the wraps by spreading a spoonful of blue cheese dressing on each tortilla, followed by a few pieces of the buffalo chicken, some shredded lettuce, and a sprinkle of green onions
