Ingredients
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 pound squid
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- Vegetable oil
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 0.25 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Step 2: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish.
- Step 3: Dip each squid ring into buttermilk, coating completely, then roll in flour mixture to coat.
- Step 4: Dip flour-coated squid ring into panko breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
