A flavorful and crispy wrap filled with chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing
Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 lb chicken breasts
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Step 3: Cook the bacon slices in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside.
- Step 4: Add the marinated chicken to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes per side. Slice the chicken into thin strips.
- Step 5: In a separate pan, warm the tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side. This will make them more pliable and easier to roll.
- Step 6: To assemble the wraps, lay a tortilla flat and spread a layer of ranch dressing on the center of the tortilla. Add a few slices of the cooked chicken, some crispy bacon, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese. Fold the bottom half of the tortilla up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the wrap up tightly. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
