Ingredients

- 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions
- Step 1: In a shallow dish, mix together flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
- Step 2: Pour buttermilk into a separate shallow dish
- Step 3: Dip each chicken strip into buttermilk, then coat in flour mixture, shaking off excess
- Step 4: Dip floured chicken strip into beaten eggs, making sure to coat completely
