Description

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 4 breasts chicken
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • olive oil
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Step 2: Prepare the breading station by placing the flour in one shallow dish, the eggs in another, and the breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese in a third.
  3. Step 3: Season the flour with salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  4. Step 4: Dip each chicken breast in the flour, then the eggs, and finally the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
