Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup chickpeas
  • 0.25 cup cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 0.5 cup tahini
  • 0.5 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 0.25 cup parsley
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 cup water
  • Salt and pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Step 2: In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, garlic, parsley, cilantro, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Process until the mixture is well combined and slightly chunky.
