Ingredients
- 0.5 cup cornstarch
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.25 cup lime juice
- 0.25 teaspoon paprika
- 8 corn tortillas
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin
- 1 pound cod fillet
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- 0.25 cup cilantro
- 0.5 cup beer
- 0.25 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups cabbage
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Tangy sauce
Instructions
- Step 1: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Step 2: Add beer and mix until smooth.
- Step 3: Add cod pieces and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Step 4: Dip each cod piece in panko breadcrumbs, shaking off excess.
- Step 5: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
