Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 0.5 cups French-fried onions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 medium onion
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound green beans

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Step 2: Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. Step 3: In a large skillet, sauté sliced onions over medium-low heat for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until caramelized and crispy.
  4. Step 4: In a separate skillet, sauté garlic and green beans in butter until tender.
  5. Step 5: In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, black pepper, and salt. Stir until smooth.
